Involved in civil and commercial litigation as well as in labour law for more than 35 years and a member of both the Ontario and Quebec Bars.
I have had the opportunity to plead in French as well as in English before various civil, specialized and penal tribunals and courts in Quebec and Ontario.
I was also called upon to represent individuals and corporations in labour arbitrations In 5 provinces ( Quebec, Ontario, Newfoundland and Labrador, New Brunswick and Nova Scotia) and acted before federal tribunals and courts in 4 provinces and one territory (Quebec, Ontario, Nova Scotia and Nunavut).
